He holds Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Masters degree in Business Administration, with about eight years experience in the real estate business. He is hardworking, and dynamic in his approach to issues. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration . He is married with children.

•  ADRIAN .C. OGBU Bsc (Hons) Est.Man, ANIVS, RSV

He holds a bachelors and masters degree. A professional estate surveyor and valuer. An associate member of NIGERIAN INSTITUTION OF ESTATE SURVEYORS AND VALUERS . He has had about 11 years working experience in the property business. He is a very hardworking businessman who applies professional ethics and expertise in his day-to-day business activities. He is happily married.

•  CHIMA OBINWANNE IDIKA Bsc (Hons) Est.Man, ANIVS, RSV

He holds a bachelors degree. A professional estate surveyor and valuer. An associate member of NIGERIAN INSTITUTION OF ESTATE SURVEYORS AND VALUERS. He has had about 13 years working experience in the property business. He is a very hardworking businessman who applies professional ethics and expertise in his day-to-day business activities.

•  AUSTIN OLEFA (SENIOR ESTATE OFFICER)

He is also a Diploma holder, very hardworking gentleman with about 8 years working experience in property business. He is married.

•  LATEEF ARIBISALA (ESTATE OFFICER)

He is a HND holder in Estate Management, very hard working and well experience in property business.

•  BOLA OREAGBA (RESOURCE MANAGER)

Quantity surveying graduate from the University of Ife (O.A.U.) with vast experience as a consultant quantity surveyor, and management consultant. He is also familiar with the contractor cost check/control programme. He has worked with various organizations and served in various capacities as Resident Consultant Quantity Surveyor and Senior (in-house) contractor Quantity Surveyor. He was also a senior consultant of the management Consultants that handled the highly successful Nationwide petroleum (special) Trust Fund Projects.

He is a registered member of the Nigerian institute of quantity Surveyors (NIQS) , A fully registered member of the Quantity Surveyors registration Board (QSRB) and an Associate member of the Nigerian institute of management. He is currently pursuing his registration with the royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors . (RICS).

•  BENJAMIN ODEY (ESTATE ASSISTANT)

He has worked in the employment of the Penthouse Properties Limited since it's inception and has understudied the professionals as he now has a vast knowledge of real estate business. He holds a Diploma certificate in Accountancy. He is a responsible single man.

•  OLAOLU ADEGBINI ( ACCOUNTANT)

He has higher national Diploma in Accountancy, an abstule accountant who also applies professional ethic and expertise in his accounting Job. He has worked with this company for about 8 years now. He is married.
